Made For Artists is an online learning platform created by professional artists, for aspiring and professional artists. We offer high-quality videos and live sessions covering various art techniques and mediums.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings page. Navigate to Account > Subscription and click the "Cancel Subscription" button. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Do I need a subscription to watch premium content?

Yes. Premium content is available through an active MFA subscription, which gives you full access to the member library.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with the platform, contact us within 7 days of your initial subscription for a full refund.

How do I access live sessions?

Active subscribers have access to all live sessions. Check the "Live" page for upcoming sessions, and check the "Videos" or "Live" pages for replays after sessions end. We also send email notifications 24 hours before each session.

Can I download videos for offline viewing?

Currently, our videos are stream-only to protect the intellectual property of our instructors. However, you can watch videos on any device with an internet connection, and your progress syncs automatically across devices.

What skill levels are your videos designed for?

We offer content for all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced professionals. Each video is tagged with a skill level indicator (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced) so you can find content appropriate for your current abilities.

Can I suggest topics for future videos?
